This structure was built with iron posts and brackets with fir beams and Brazilian Cherry vertical trim. It features a Rumford fireplace by Mike Jones Masonry. This unique fireplace mantel was made with a reclaimed fir beam from Back Forty Woods and attached with a custom steel bracket and plate to hold it by Elliott’s Specialty Sheet Metal. The copper hood, also built by Elliott’s Specialty Sheet Metal, is gorgeous now and will only get better over time. This has been a fun project!
